A few years ago Dennison Roofing & Gutter Toppers went through extensive training with CertainTeed on the installation of metal roofs after years of turning down such offers from other manufacturers. We ended up dropping our involvement as metal roofs is not all it claims to be. The metal roofing that works to a certain extent is very expensive but ends up having the same ventilation issues but on a much grander scale than asphalt shingles and still can leak not to mention the high cost of snow guards and the damage snow and ice can cause around the home.
