To ensure customer satisfaction, you or your designee must be present at the project completion to inspect it, check for cleanliness, and make the final payment.
Please confirm the installation date by responding to the scheduling email, text, or call. No installation will occur until you confirm the date. Failure to respond may result in the further delay of the installation.
As per our agreement, Dennison Exterior Solutions & Gutter Topper controls the job schedule. All sales are based on the date of agreement signing or down payment, regardless of the project size.
Installations are scheduled based on weather conditions, as safety is our top priority. If inclement weather delays your project, we’ll reschedule contact you to reschedule the installation.
Before the appointment, you may receive a call from the crew foreman or an email to confirm the date/time. However, we reserve the right to start work based on our schedule.
Weekend work: Our installers are entitled to spend their weekends with their families, but they may choose to work with your permission.
The gutter sealant we use can take up to 5 days to cure/seal.
UPDATED: 12/20/2024: If it rains on your scheduled day, the installers will call and let you know if this occurs or if the job takes longer than expected.
